Interview with a Mime

Interview with a Mime
Mime George Tait, the Living Statue, has been entertaining people for years on North University during the Art Far. During a long day at the 2012 fair, I imagined this interview: How long have you been a living statue? [silence] What sort of educational background prepared you for your work as a mime? [silence] Do you have a day job to help pay the bills? Is it as much fun as being the Living Statue?[silence] What's the most difficult part of your work? [silence] Can you tell me about any amusing people you have seen at the Ann Arbor Art Fair? [silence] Have you ever talked with a non-living statue? What was that like? [silence]
