I have to confess that I don't like beer. After years spent trying to cultivate an appreciation, I can only regard my aversion as a character flaw and a serious inconvenience on a sweltering summer day--or when dining at Jolly Pumpkin Cafe and Brewery. Fortunately, my husband and many of our friends don't share this flaw, and they were happy to pinch-hit for me
