Big-10 football brings in 100,000+ fans six Saturdays each fall,
and the U-M basketball and hockey teams have loyal followings.

Team USA:
USA Hockey National Team Development Program. Oct. 17, 18, & 31. This Ann Arbor-based program features 46 of the best 16- and 17-year-old American ice hockey players under the guidance of U.S. National coach Jeff Jackson. The program fields 2 teams - the Under-17 Team and the Under-18 Team - that play full schedules, September-March, against teams from the top American junior leagues (players ages 18-21), American college teams, and comparable European national teams. Today: Team USA Under-17 vs. Marquette Rangers of the U.S. Hockey League.
