The book, “Eat to Live, The Amazing Nutrient-Rich Program for Fast and Sustained Weight Loss” by Joel Fuhrman M.D. will be our focus. Known for PBS presentations, Dr. Fuhrman’s work is on the cutting edge of nutrition, health and diet.
