The Ark: Open Stage
All acoustic performers invited. Fifteen acts are selected randomly from those who sign up to perform 8 minutes (or 2 songs) each. The most talented and popular Open Stage performers are offered their own evenings at the Ark. $3 (members & students, $2). 7:30-10 p.m.

The Blind Pig:
TBA.

Dreamland Theater: Anahata
Local all-female acoustic guitar-and-violin avant-pop duo. Opening acts are Growth Spert, an experimental folk singer-songwriter from Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Perpetual Dusk by Curtsy's Cavern, a Chicago neosoul acoustic folk duo.

The Earle:
Rick Burgess. Solo pianist.

Elbow Room: Sorry about Your Couch
Reggae-rock nu-jazz trio from Wisconsin. Opening acts are Kick Your Kids, a Wisconsin thrash band, and Nessie & Mystery of Lochness, an Ypsilanti pop-grunge band.

The Firefly Club:
(11 p.m.-1:30 a.m.) : "Nightowl." Late-night shows with performers TBA on Tues. & Wed. and DJ 'munk with Latin rhythms and rare grooves on Thurs. No cover.

Goodnite Gracie: Laith Al-Saadi
An eclectic mix of jazz, blues, R&B, Motown, and pop, including many originals, by a trio led by this local singer-guitarist.

Rick's American Cafe: DJ Swerve
DJ spins dance records.

TC's Speakeasy: "She Bang!"
