Rock 'n' roll covers and originals by this popular, veteran band from Dearborn.

Club Above: "Funky Dance Party"
With the DJ collective Damn Panic.

Crazy Wisdom Tea Room: Michael Beauchamp
Local folk-style acoustic postpunk singer-songwriter who is celebrating the release of his new CD My Northern Voices.

The Earle: Rick Burgess Trio
Jazz ensemble featuring pianist Burgess, drummer Robert Warren, and bassist Russel Tessier.

The Firefly Club: "Susan's Really Big Show."
Firefly owner Susan Chastain hosts a variety show with juggling, comedy, and opera and show tunes performed by Ann Arbor Civic Theatre members. 8 p.m.-midnight.

Goodnite Gracie: Michael May & the Messarounds
Jazz-inflected blues and blues-rock by this veteran local quartet led by vocalist and blues harpist May.

Guy Hollerin's: Lady Sunshine & the X Band.
Local gospel-flavored blues band led by Lady Sunshine, a fiery, rich-voiced singer whose style is something of a cross between Aretha Franklin, Koko Taylor, and Denise LaSalle.

Live at PJ's: "GrooveLeague"
With DJ Daraja.

Melange Subterranean Bistro: The Groove-Matist
Retro, Top 40, and hip-hop dance party with DJ Mechial White.

The Necto: "Frequency"
In the main room DJ Binzo plays Top 40 hip-hop and dance music, and in the Red Room a variety of Top 40 music videos.

The Quarter Bistro: Mike Moore
Jazz guitarist.

Studio 4: "Hip-Hop and House Night"
With DJ Jason "J Smooth" Doliveck.

TC's Speakeasy: Descended from Thieves.
