With a band led by the versatile local jazz and blues guitarist Laith Al-Saadi, the Detroit indie band Student Driver, and semi-improvised original songs and instrumentals with East European and gypsy melodies by the local duo of bouzouki player Douglas Lane Allen and cellist Abby Alwin.

Cavern Club: DJ Helluva & DJ Nik Beats.
Local DJs spin old-school rock.

Conor O'Neill's: Motor City Outlaws
Classic rock band from Saline.

Crazy Wisdom Tea Room: Kyle Norris
Local roots-country singer-songwriter who writes richly imagined, emotionally potent songs that reflect influences as diverse as Ani DiFranco and Dolly Parton.

The Earle: Rick Burgess Trio
Jazz ensemble featuring pianist Burgess, drummer Robert Warren, and bassist Russel Tessier.

Elbow Room: Black Jake & the Carnies.
Ypsilanti punk-bluegrass octet. Opening acts are local country-folk singer-songwriter Mike Boyd, local alt-country singer-songwriter Danny Kline & Friends, and Chad Williams & the Lonesome Plowboys, a twangy country-folk ensemble led by local singer-songwriter Williams.

The Firefly Club: Mem Shannon
Funky New Orleans blues by a band led by this veteran deep-voiced blues singer, a former cab driver known for his commanding vocals, innovative guitar work, and fresh, intelligent original songs addressing the travails of contemporary life and politics.

Goodnite Gracie: Dave Sharp Quartet.
Straight-ahead jazz by this local quartet led by bassist Sharp.

Guy Hollerin's: George Bedard & the Kingpins
Superfine honky-tonk dance tunes from swing to vintage blues, country, rockabilly, and early rock 'n' roll classics, with some memorable originals penned by guitar genius Bedard. With drummer Rich Dishman and bassist Randy Tessier. The band has released 3 acclaimed CDs.

Leopold Bros.: Jamie Register & the Glendales
Motownesque soul music by a band led by local singer-bassist Register. Opening act is Legends of the Fall, a local jazz fusion dance band featuring members of Nomo. Tonight's Food Gatherers benefit includes a $3 discount on the cover with the donation of a can of food.

Live at PJ's: "Dance Night"
With DJ Nick Mixwell.

Melange Subterranean Bistro: The Groove-Matist
Retro, Top 40, and hip-hop dance party with DJ Mechial White.

The Necto: "Frequency"
In the main room DJ Hardy plays Top 40 and dance music records.

The Quarter Bistro: Mike Moore
Jazz guitarist.

TC's Speakeasy: Tickled Fancy Burlesque Co
Local burlesque troupe. Opening act is Arson's Blazing Carnival, a local carnival sideshow, and walks on burning coals.
