Guy Hollerin’s: Bluescasters

Intense, low-down blues and blues-rock by this veteran local quartet. Opening act is The Chris Canas Blues Revolution, a Detroit blues band fronted by young blues vocalist and virtuoso guitarist Canas. 8 p.m.-1 a.m. [venue info]

Live: Drivin’ Sideways

Veteran local band fueled by Pontiac Pete Ferguson’s alternately soulful and ornery vocals. Their country-based repertoire still features lots of classic honky-tonk, but they also cover everyone from Chuck Berry and Johnny Burnette to the Beatles and James Brown.
