Services located at Larcom City Hall include: (first floor) Customer Service Center and Community Services; (second floor) Clerk's Office and Council Chambers; (third floor) City Administrator, City Attorney and Mayor's Office; (fourth floor) Systems Planning and Project Management; (fifth floor) Assessor, Treasury, and Finance; (sixth floor) Human Resources and Public Services. Services located at the Justice Center include the 15th District Court, Ann Arbor Police Department, and City Information Technology Unit.
