City administrator, City administrator Steve Powers who assumes his new position Sept. 15 is responsible for carrying out the policies established by the city council.
The city clerk, Jacqueline Beaudry, and her staff provide services to the public and city council and maintain records of city council acts, which can be reviewed in person at City Hall and photocopied (5¢/page). The city's code and charter also are available for inspection and copying. Copies of the charter cost $7.
